These Terms bind you ("Client") and The Copywriting Factory Ltd, 7 Eskbank Road, Bonnyrigg, Midlothian, EH19 3AH ("we"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
We provide professional copywriting services delivered digitally: press release writing, white papers and reports, product and catalogue copy, newsletter and internal communications, pitch deck narrative, and trade and B2B marketing copy. No physical goods are supplied.
A binding contract is formed when we send written order confirmation by email. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices in GBP, exclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Payment processed at checkout via Stripe Payments Europe.
Workshop: 7 business days. Production: 10 business days. Plant: agreed at brief. Timelines begin from the later of payment confirmation or completed brief receipt. We notify you promptly of any delays.
Workshop: 2 revision rounds. Production: 3. Plant: unlimited. A revision applies changes to an existing draft. Material scope changes after delivery may be quoted separately.
Accurate brief information must be supplied. We are not liable for errors arising from incomplete client-supplied information.
Ownership of delivered copy passes to the Client upon full payment. We retain the right to describe completed projects in portfolio materials unless written confidentiality is agreed before project start.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless caused by gross negligence.
Governed by the law of Scotland. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
