Full refund within 5-10 business days if cancelled before we have sent your brief form. Email hello@thecopywritingfactory.com with your order reference.
Partial refunds based on work completed: approximately 80% if less than 20% complete; 50% at roughly 50% completion; no refund after first draft delivery.
Contact us within 14 days if delivered work contains material errors relative to the agreed brief. We correct within the included revision rounds. Refunds are not available for style preferences not communicated in the original brief.
